Students are working wrong, and that's why teen health and college health is where it is today. Regardless of their level of pain, the use of needles is enough to deter many people from trying acupuncture. In reality, the sensations of an acupuncture treatment are typically far from what one might expect. When most people think of needles, images of the instruments used to draw blood or administer injections are typically conjured. These needles are hollow and in a completely different category than thin, solid acupuncture needles. For comparisons sake, a blood drawing needle is to an elephant like an acupuncture needle is to an ant. The concept, no pain, no gain is not applicable to acupuncture therapy. When uncomfortable or in pain, a programmed reaction is to tighten our muscles in an effort to protect our vulnerability. During acupuncture, this response to discomfort or pain works contrary to the intended result. Whether conscious or unconscious, the clenching or tightening associated with discomfort will create pain, inhibit the movement of qi and hinder acupunctures effect of relaxing muscle tissue. So, if a client is not relaxed during an acupuncture treatment, then the needles will not have the desired effect. Acupuncturists are aware of this, typically going to great lengths to bring comfort to their clients. Luckily, acupuncturists can use extremely thin and painless pediatric needles (akin to a flea in the previous needle analogy) to move congested qi. Find a therapist experienced with first time needle-phobes because with experience, focus and high-end needles, an acupuncturist can glide the needles in to their destination without much, if any, awareness of their presence. The majority of recipients find acupuncture to be the opposite of painful. If considering this option with trepidation, empower yourself by interviewing acupuncturists with the following questions: Are you state licensed or nationally certified?
How much experience do you have with fibromyalgia?
How long have you been practicing?
Do you use very thin, silicone-coated (for painless insertion) needles?
Are you comfortable treating first-time, sensitive patients? Most importantly, your comfort receiving acupuncture will amplify when you find someone with whom you can communicate freely. You can make them to hold small objects, like those seasonal colored glass rocks that you fill your vases with. You can use them as gift bags to cover wine bottles, hold small jewelry boxes, or any size gift. You can make them for decorative items for your home or bath. Whatever your reason for sewing a drawstring bag, you will discover that making one is super simple. The construction is sew simple, that you can easily modify your dimensions, fabric and string to create a huge variety of drawstring bags. So, decide on the size of your bag first. Are you making to hold a wine bottle? Something small? Then pick out your fabric. You'll need a little more than twice your bag's dimensions. So, if your bag will be 12" by 5", then you want fabric that is at least 24" plus 1 1/2" by 5" plus 1". You're also going to need some cord, ribbon, or whatever you plan on using for a drawstring. You will need the diameter of your bag plus at least 8". In the example above, I am making a bag that is 5" wide, so the diameter will be 10". I will need 10" plus 8" of cord. Once you have your dimensions, cord and your fabric, follow these easy step-by-step instructions below to learn how to sew a drawstring bag... within minutes (yes minutes) ! 1. Cut your fabric so that the length is twice the finished length plus 1 1/2". Example: The finished width of my bag will be 12". So I will cut my fabric to be 24" plus 1 1/2" long... 25 1/2". 2. Cut your fabric so that the width is the finished width plus 1/2". Example: The finished width of my bag will be 5". So I will cut my fabric to be 5" plus 1/2" wide... 5 1/2". 3. Serge or overlock stitch the raw edges. If you don't have an overlock stitch, you can sew a zig-zag stitch along your raw edges. 4. Fold the fabric in half... right sides together... wrong sides facing out... aligning the raw side edges and the raw top edges. The folded edge will be the bottom of your bag. 5. Press and pin if necessary. 6. On one side, sew all the way up the side edges with a 1/4" seam. Be sure to back stitch in the beginning and end of the stitching to lock the stitch. 7. Measure down the other raw side edge 3/4" and mark with a pin. 8. Sew a 1/4" to sew the other side seam... but this time stop at the pin mark. Be sure to back stitch in the beginning and end of the stitching to lock the stitch. 9. Fold down the top raw edge a 1/4" and press. 10. Fold down the top edge again 1/2" and press. The folded edge created in step 9 should align with the mark made in step 7. 11. Starting at the mark made in step 7, stitch around the bag close to the folded edge created in step 9. This will create the pocket for your drawstring. 12. Turn the bag right side out and press well. 13. Slide your drawstring through the pocket. You may want to use some wire and a safety pin to help pull the cord through the pocket. And your done! Pull the drawstring to gather the opening closed and tie. Once you have the basics down, the possibilities are endless. You can sew sequins and beads to the fabric. So fringe around the top edge. Glue a glittery snowflake... handstitch a design, cut out fabric in shapes and press them to the bag with web adhesive. Create the fabric with a crazy quilt technique or a simple patchwork style. Use fancy fabrics like silk, velvet or lace. A drawstring bag is super easy to make. The fun is making the design your own. television after the allies bombed Iraq some years ago, the images were
graphic and confronting, but they were the truth of what was happening over
there. The truth is Iraq is an absolute bloodbath, and it was triggered with
the initial bombing of the country by the USA. This initial bombing of Iraq
by the USA killed an estimated 50,000 civilians. The current death toll in
Iraq has now exceeded beyond 600,000 innocent civilians. Families lost their

children in this satanic bombing campaign from hell. Any Christian church
not pleading for these widows and murdered children are in defiance of God. Isaiah 1:17
17 Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the
fatherless, plead for the widow. As Christians we must plead for the widows of war and at least try to
relieve these innocent people from having bombs dropped on them, we must get
out on the street and demand the Western governments who perpetrated the war
against Iraq to cease from this Satanic behavior. Unfortunately most
Christians simply do not do this, and instead follow the pied piper doctrine
of man tune, of these corrupt Televangelist False Prophets who support the
government and claim that these wars are what God wants. The USA claims to be a nation that is Christian yet the governments fruit
seems to indicate its a government inspired of Satan and not of Christ. The
US government is violating the ultimate law of Christ, Whatever you want
men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets
(Matt 7:12). Would you want bombs dropped on your neighborhood that kill
50,000 innocent civilians? I know I wouldnt! So why is this so-called
Christian nation not following Christs ultimate law of Whatever you want
men to do to you, do also to them? Jesus said that this commandment was the
Law and the Prophets! This was an ultimate commandment of Jesus Christ the
only begotten Son of God. The scriptures clearly teach that Jesus Christ was
God in the flesh, and we must take heed on his words and especially this
most vital commandment. Any American church not speaking up against the Satanic actions of the US
government in relation to the bombing of Iraq are committing serious sin,
and are in danger of eternal damnation in Hell. Christ clearly told us that
we need to do to others what we would want done to us, its clear that the
Iraqi people desperately do not want to be bombed by satanic weapons from
Hell. Christian Churches who do not take to the streets to demand the stop
of these wars are violating Gods Law and are sinning in a serious way.
Christs Law of doing to others as you would want them to do to you, clearly
show us in simple and blatant terms that dropping bombs on defenseless
nations is a serious sin and act of Satan, and any church not speaking up
against these Satanic bombing campaigns is committing a serious sin. Therefore, to him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is

bitter! Christian televangelists in America seem to be nothing but lukewarm and
corrupt showmen who are merely puppets for the government, who have no
interest in preaching the unadulterated full Gospel of Christ to the people.
A lot of these Televangelists and wealthy pastors of big churches in the USA
support the government wars, and actively support the politicians who
perpetrate these satanic war crimes against defenseless nations. Many of
these Televangelists claim that these bombing campaigns against Iraq and
other countries are inspired by God, and that its good to bomb these
countries, because its the good guys triumphing over the bad guys when the
US bombs them and kills all these civilians. Many deceived Christians
believe this nonsense and unbiblical doctrine of man, but the bible warned
us, For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but
after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching
ears; and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be
turned unto fables. (2 Timothy 4:3-4) Its very clear that many of these so-called Christian organizations in the
US such as: Trinity Broadcasting Network and many of these Televangelists
who actively support George W Bush and every war the government wages,
resemble absolutely nothing of what Jesus Christ represents. Jesus Christ is
the Prince of Peace who commanded us to love God and love our neighbor, any
person who professes Christianity and supports any of these bombing
campaigns by the US against defenseless nations, is a blatant commandment
breaker and is violating the Law of God. People need to trust God and trust His word and quit listening to the lies
of these corrupt Televangelists in the USA. Any Televangelist in the US
supporting these wars is following Satan and not Jesus Christ, and whoever
trusts the doctrines of these Televangelists is putting a curse on them
selves, Cursed be the man that trusts in man, and makes flesh his arm, and
whose heart departs from the Lord. (Jeremiah 17:5). The Bible tells us to trust Gods word and to never trust in man. Any
Televangelist supporting the USAs bombing campaigns is blatantly defying
Gods word, and anyone trusting these Televangelists is in defiance of God.
Lord Jesus told us, But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do
good to them which hate you, bless them that curse you, and pray for them
which despitefully use you. (Luke 6:27-28). Should we trust and follow Lord
Jesus words or should we put confidence in the words of these
Televangelists? The bible tells us, It is better to trust in the LORD than
to put confidence in man. (Psalm 118:8) Are you putting your confidence in
a Televangelist or do you trust the Lord? If youre putting your confidence
in a Televangelist you might find yourself cast aside as a goat come
